Manila, Philippines – Music Travel Love delighted their Filipino fans with an unforgettable Friday night of harmonies and nostalgia during their 2024 Asia Tour at the SM Skydome on April 12, 2024.
The music duo composed of Bob and Clint Moffatt is currently in the country for their 2-day concert in Manila and Davao, featuring special guests Mark Anthony Uy, Francis Greg, Bugoy Drilon, and Dave Moffatt.
The night began with their own rendition of top hit songs such as “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran, followed by John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads”, “Have You Ever Seen the Rain” by Creedence Clearwater Revival, “Every Breath You Take” by The Police, and “Can’t Help Falling in Love” by Elvis Presley.
The first guest, Anthony Uy, a Filipino singer and finalist from the reality show ‘The Clash,’ joined the duo and performed “How Deep Is Your Love,” originally by the Bee Gees.
American singer-songwriter Francis Greg was the latest guest to perform on stage with Music Travel Love, where they performed “I Want It That Way” by the Backstreet Boys.
Francis Greg also performed “It Will Rain” by Bruno Mars.
The crowd erupted when Bugoy Drilon was called on stage as the third special guest to perform “Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love For You” by George Benson.
The Filipino singer-songwriter serenaded the crowd with his original song “Paano Na Kaya?”, followed by his rendition of “One Day” and “No Woman, No Cry” by Bob Marley.
Adding to the excitement of the evening was the special appearance of Dave Moffatt, who is also a member of the iconic band, The Moffatts.
Dave’s distinctive vocals and musical prowess perfectly complemented the duo’s signature sound, eliciting cheers and applause from the crowd.
The triplets started by performing Bon Jovi’s “It’s My Life”, followed by Dave’s cover of “I Swear” by All-4-One.
From the moment they took the stage, the brothers captivated the audience with their classic hits, starting with “I’ll Be There,” “If Life Is So Short,” “Miss You Like Crázy,” and “Love.”
Bob and Dave continued with their amazing covers of “Heaven” by Bryan Adams, “When You Say Nothing at All” by Ronan Keating, and followed by “Stand By Me” by Ben E. King. They then switched to “Banyo Queen” by Andrew E., which made the audience cheer for more.
To wrap up the night, Music Travel Love and all the guests performed “You Are My Sunshine” by Johnny Cash.
