Manila, Philippines – Bench Global Ambassador Ahn Hyo Seop, has left the fans screaming in his successful first fanmeet event called <The Present Show> ‘Here and Now’ held on October 8, 2023 at the Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City.
A Dream Come True
It was definitely a memorable event for the Filipino fans or also known as ‘PH Pauljjaks‘ finally seeing the charismatic K-drama hearthrob in the flesh.
South Korean actor and singer kicked-off the fanmeeting by performing ‘I’m Your Man’ making the fans screams when Ahn Hyo Seop showed up on-stage.
Getting to Know Ahn Hyo Seop
Best known for his roles in popular K-dramas like “Abyss,” “Doctor Romantic,” and “Business Proposal,” Ahn Hyo Seop, the actor, talked about his characters from his previous dramas. He also reacted to the iconic scenes, leaving the fans smiling after rewatching the memorable moments.
The actor also shared his beginning growing up in Canada and also shared his music list to everyone. He also sang a short part of the song ‘Lucky’ by Jason Mraz.
A Multi-Talented Artist
The South Korean actor surprised the fans in his next act when he rocked the stage with his dance moves performing ‘VIBE’ by Taeyang, creating an electrifying atmosphere in the arena making the PH Pauljjaks amazed that Ahn Hyo Seop can also dance.
Fan Interaction
During the fan meeting, Ahn Hyo Seop interacted with his fans with the posing event where he and a lucky fan will share the same pose together.
He also reenacted some of his lines from his recent dramas, which delighted the fans.
Another segment is the lucky draw for a polaroid selfie with the actor on-stage and the lucky fans also won a Bench merchandise.
Ahn Hyo Seop never fails to surprise his fans when he walked around the crowd to meet his fans up close.
As the event is nearing the end, Ahn Hyo Seop went back on-stage and surprised everyone again when he played the piano.
He performed several songs including ‘A River Flows in You’ by Yiruma, ‘Let it Be’ by The Beatles, ‘Don’t Worry’ by Lee Juck, and lastly his own rendition of ‘Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love for You’ by George Benson.
To wrap up the fan meeting, the actor sang ‘Thanks’ by Kim Dong Ryul as his way in saying thank you for the love and support the fans has given to him and ending the event on a high note.
“I want to thank you for always supporting me.”
The audience was particularly moved when he expressed his gratitude to his Filipino fans, thanking them for their unwavering support throughout his career.
