The presence of this alternative/indie artist was the highlight of the night, leaving an indelible mark on her Filipino fans during her Crazy Tour at House Manila in Pasay City on Friday, September 29, 2023.
The Philippines had the privilege of being the final stop on the tour, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The event was more than just a concert; it was a journey into Anna of the North’s captivating world.
This magical evening featured an array of performances by European artists, but none could quite match the energy and charisma of Anna herself.
Joining her on stage were Denova and Rebmoe, with the latter being one of Anna’s closest friends in the industry.
Anna’s setlist was a rollercoaster of emotions, ranging from the enchanting “Nobody” to the dreamy “Dream Girl” and the soulful “My Love.”
She didn’t forget to infuse some cinematic magic with “Meteorite” and, of course, the beloved “Lovers,” her hit song and one of the original soundtracks of ‘To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before.’
For Anna, it marked her inaugural visit to the Philippines, but she vowed it wouldn’t be her last.
The warmth and enthusiasm of the Filipino crowd left a lasting impression on her, and she conveyed this sentiment by saying, “It may sound cliché, but Filipinos are the best crowd.”
