Manila, Philippines — Anisama World is making its way to Manila for the first time on June 7, 2025, at the Araneta Coliseum.
Also known as “Animelo Summer Live,” Anisama is the largest anime music festival in Japan, which Filipino fans will finally experience.
It was revealed by Wilbros Live that eight artists will be performing at the anime music festival.
Rock band FLOW headlines the show. They are known for their songs “GO!!!,” “Sign,” “Re:member” (opening themes for Naruto) and “COLORS” (opening theme for Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion), solidifying their status in anime music history.
Another rock band, ASH DA HERO, will also be joining the event. They are known for their hits “Judgement” (opening theme for Blue Lock) and “Beast Mode / Octave” (from Blue Lock: Nagi).
Hip-hop group, nobodyknows+ is also part of the lineup. Best known for their breakthrough song “Hero’s Come Back!!” (first opening theme for Naruto: Shippuden) and “Kokoro Odoru” (from SD Gundam Force).
The girl band, Ave Mujica from the BanG Dream! series, will perform. Catch their much-awaited performance featuring heavy sounds unlike any other anime songs!
The renowned Japanese vocalist and JAM Project member, Hiroshi Kitadani, is also part of the lineup, best known for his iconic anthem “We Are!” (the first opening theme from One Piece).
Japanese singer and actor Toshiya Miyata, a member of the popular boy group Kis-My-Ft2, will be performing his songs, including the catchy “Hoshimachi Suisei” tied to the series Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible.
MindaRyn, a Thai anisong singer behind the theme song “Way To Go” for That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, “Blue Rose Notes” for By the Grace of the Gods, and many more, will also perform.
Lastly, Mayu Maeshima, the former lead vocalist of pop-rock band MYTH & ROID, will complete the lineup. She is the voice behind the beautiful song “Styx Helix” for the anime Re:Zero – Starting Life in Another World, and other songs featured in the anime Full Dive, Overlord, and Uncle from Another World.
