Manila, Philippines – Waterbomb Manila 2025 turned the Quirino Grandstand in Luneta into an ultimate party venue on February 22–23, 2025, uniting K-pop enthusiasts, fans, and music lovers for an unforgettable weekend.
Day 1
The first day of the first-ever Waterbomb Manila was headlined by EXO’s Chanyeol, sending fans into a frenzy when he appeared on stage.

Chanyeol brought a mix of his solo work and EXO hits, including “Nothin’,” “Good Enough,” and “Tomorrow.”


The EXO member was very happy when the crowd started chanting “POGI” (handsome) after he greeted them.
Mamamoo’s rapper Hwasa heated up the stage with her dance moves and vocals when she performed “Don’t,” “Twit,” and “Maria.”

The fans could not get enough of the incredible lineup, including STAYC, who lit up the stage with their hit songs “Teddy Bear,” “RUN2U,” and “ASAP.”

Kim Jong Kook, from the hit variety show Running Man, showcased his vocals and energy while performing his songs.

Former IZONE members Kwon Eunbi and Lee Chae Yeon also had a solid fan base in Manila as they performed their solo hit songs and a few IZONE hits.


Other performances that day included K-pop heavyweights such as B.I., Baekho, Epik High, and Dynamic Duo, who made the fans sing and dance along during the sizzling performances while getting splashed with water on stage.



Day one also had amazing sets from the best EDM artists, including DJ Roots, J.E.B., and Raiden.
Day 2
On a hot Sunday noon, the fans had already gathered at the Quirino Grandstand, all excited and looking forward to the treat they would get from the all-star lineup.
Jessi returned onstage after months of hiatus as she headlined the second day of the Waterbomb Manila 2025.

The South Korean-American singer and TV personality ended the final day on a high note. Jessi delivered a performance that Manila fans will definitely remember.


Included in her set were her hit songs “Cold Blooded,” “What Type of X,” “NUNU NANA,” and “Zoom.”
GOT7’s BamBam performed his chart-topping hits, ensuring the audience stayed hyped throughout the day.

Thai K-pop idol performed his rendition of “It’s Raining in Manila” by Lola Amour; he also performed “Hard Carry” and “Tidal Wave” in his set.

The performances continued as the K-pop queens Sunmi and Hyolyn mesmerized the stage and captivated the audience with their music.
Sunmi performed “Balloon in Love,” “Siren,” “Heart Burn,” and the fan favorite “Gashina.”

Meanwhile, Hyolyn gave the crowd a taste of SISTAR’s music as she performed “Touch My Body,” “Ma Boy,” and “Shake It.”

She also performed her original songs, “See Sea,” “Wait,” and “Dally.”
Other unforgettable acts that Day 2 offered included Kang Daniel, VIVIZ, Oh My Girl, Gray, Skull and Haha, and more, each delivering performances that showcased their talent.




Waterbomb Manila is historic and will be one for the books for Filipino fans. Though the event just ended, K-pop fans are already anticipating the next edition of Waterbomb Manila next year, knowing that this was just the beginning of something much bigger.
