Manila, Philippines – A day before their fan meeting event, the South Korean boy group ENHYPEN sat down with members of the media to answer questions at the Grand Hyatt Manila in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig on May 27.
The new global ambassadors of the Filipino clothing brand BENCH return to Manila for their ‘A Sweet Experience BENCH Fun Meet with ENHYPEN’.
After 4 months since their ‘FATE’ tour in New Clark City, the 7-member boy group is thrilled and excited to return to the country.
“I feel like whenever we come here, the energy is incredible.” “Whenever we perform, they always give out the best energy too,” Jake said.
This marks ENHYPEN’s fourth visit to the country, which began with the BYS fan meeting in 2022, followed by MANIFESTO in 2023, and the FATE Tour in February 2024.
Member Sunoo also mentioned that he learned a few Tagalog words including “Kumusta,” “Salamat po,” “Mahal Kita,” and “Pogi.”
Heesung also shared that he loves Filipino food.
“I love eating dried mangoes and grew up enjoying them.” “It is very sweet and very delicious,” he added.
All the members are grateful for all the Filo-ENGENEs who have supported them since the beginning.
“As ENHYPEN, we always strive to become a better version of ourselves.” We try to explore new music and different types of performances. You’ll get to see a lot of new stuff. “I can’t say too much right now, but it’s going to be something you haven’t seen before,” Jake added.
